The sketch and idea was pretty clear. However, based on the sketch, I assume that the linkage at the wheel there is connected to the wheel. In that case, the wheel won't be able to turn. So, you have to clearly explain how the linkage is connected to the wheel, in order for it to turn smoothly.
This sketch is clearly labeled, and sketches are bold enough and explains the mechanism in a very precise way,showing the motion of how the duck moves. It may not be clear as the wood's purpose below was without a purpose or an explanation.
